TESTIMONIALS

“Nellia has been an incredible guide and mentor in my yoga journey, and her influence has truly changed the trajectory of my life in the most beautiful way. She has a unique ability to help her students find their own healing and understanding of their bodies. Under her guidance, I have discovered strength and light within myself that I never knew existed. Her dedication to her students is profound, and she lives what she teaches, which is evident in every class she leads. Her knowledge of yoga extends far beyond the asanas and the mat; she has extensive training and has done significant personal work to guide her students safely and respectfully through their practice. She embodies the true spirit of yoga, and her teachings have had a profound impact on my life and the lives of many others.”

Coleen Foley - 200hr RYT

“I took yoga classes from Nellia starting in 2016 at the Yoga Studio. She taught an ashtanga class and hot yoga. Nellia’s ashtanga practice was very impressive and she made it appear effortless, which indicated to me, she has a personal practice beyond teaching. This provided a class which was safe for new students and experienced students alike. In 2023 I took her teaching training, “No Mud, No Lotus” and was again drawn to her teaching style and personal practice. The breath of knowledge that Nellia has of the physical practice of yoga, anatomy, the interworking of the human body and nervous system is impressive. Nellia is a rare teacher with a great depth of yogic philosophy, personal practice and strong teaching skills that she generously imparts her journey. The sense that I gain from being in her presence is one of authenticity, serious study and ongoing learning and a joy from the practice of yoga.”
